The 2006 Revana features rich, sultry dark flavors including sweet plums, creme de cassis, black cherry, and a hint of smoky cedar on the bold finish. The tremendously well integrated, bold 2005 Far Niente Cabernet is yet another example of the remarkable quality of one of the most sought after Cabernet’s in America. Tightly wound layers of fresh blackberry, cherry, plum, cocoa and cedar flavors combined with a hint of black truffles and plush tannins that will offer a delicious experience tonight (after decanting at least one hour) but benefit from 2 – 3 years of bottle age.
