Tightly wound layers of fresh blackberry, cherry, plum, cocoa and cedar flavors combined with a hint of black truffles and plush tannins that will offer a delicious experience tonight (after decanting at least one hour) but benefit from 2 – 3 years of bottle age. This wine will age gracefully for the next 7 – 10 years, peaking around 2015 in our estimate.
